3 rounds, not for time of:

8 shoulder pass throughs, pvc pipe

7 barbell goodmornings

6 front rack lunges

5 front squats, empty barbell (3 secs up, 3 secs down)

Metcon (Weight)

Front Squat 7-7-7-7

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.
