3 rounds, not for time of:

30 jumping jacks

10 sit-ups or hollow rocks

10 jumping air squats

5 push-ups or knee push-ups

Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 intervals, each interval for time, of:

20 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunge, 50/35 lbs,

35 Abmat Sit-ups

20 Box Jumps, 24/20 in

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in

Rest 3 mins between each interval.
