5 deadlifts, empty barbell
5 hang power cleans, empty barbell
5 front squats, empty barbell
5 shoulder press, empty barbell
5 band pull aparts
Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
3 rounds for max reps of:
Deadlifts, pick load, 30 secs
Hang Power Cleans, pick load, 30 secs
Shoulder-to-Overheads, pick load, 30 secs
Rest 2 mins between each round.
Does NOT need to be unbroken. You choose the loading.
