3-4 mins of jogging, biking, or rowing followed by…

4 rounds, not for time of:

Down & Back high knees

Down & Back butt kicks

6 steps, walking lunges

6 lateral lunges (3 per side)

6 inchworm push-ups

Metcon (7 Rounds for time)

7 intervals, each interval for time, of:

10 Burpees

20 Sec. Max Effort Bike/ Row

Rest 2 mins between each interval.
