8 jumping air squats

5 inchworm push-ups

1 Turkish get-up, R arm – you choose load

1 Turkish get-up, L arm – you choose load

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 mins of:

12/8 Bike Calories

10 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs

8 Burpees

Goal 6+ rounds
