5-10 shoulder pass throughs, pvc pipe

5-7 inchworm push-ups

5-10 band pull aparts

5-7 scap pull-ups

5-7 ring rows or pull-ups

1x Burgener warm-up with empty bar, 45/35 lbs

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds for time of:

21 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs

18 Pull-ups

15 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs

12 Handstand Push-ups
