Part 1

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:

25 Double Unders

10 Burpees

Rest 5 mins before part 2…

Part 2

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:

7 Toes-to-bars

7 Burpees

Goal 6+ rounds on each amrap
