5 kang squats

5 deadlifts, empty barbell

5 hang power cleans, empty barbell

5 front squats, empty barbell

5 shoulder press, empty barbell

Metcon (Weight)

Clean & Jerk EMOM

PERFORM 1 Clean and Jerk at 70%

every min for 30 mins.
