10 squats (squat therapy style) (see video below)

10 pass throughs with pvc pipe

10 toes-to-bars, or knees-to-elbows

10 hip & back extensions

5 overhead squats, empty barbell (3 secs descending, 3 secs up)

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time of:

10 Overhead Squats, 135/95 lbs

50 Double Unders

Goal 6:00 or less.

Scaled:

3 rounds for time of:

10 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs

50 Single Unders

Overhead Squats or Front Squats

50 Single Unders or Double Under Attempts, 1 min
