–5ea ***Lying Leg Crossover***

–5 ***Roll Over V Sit***

–8 Kip Swing

–4 Strict Pull Ups or 8 Ring Row

–2 Wall Walks w/ a :03second pause at the top

Barbell Warm Up 1x:

–10 Hang Muscle Clean

–5 Strict Press

–5 Hang Power Clean

–5 Push Jerk

Metcon (No Measure)

Every 1 min for 16 mins, alternating between:

Run, 200 m

8 Pull-ups + 8 Toes-to-bars

Run, 200 m

5 Hang Power Cleans + 5 Push Jerks, 155/105 lbs
