–50ft ea. single arm overhead dumbbell walk
–10ea ***single arm dumbbell high-pull***
–10ea single arm dumbbell press
(use a light dumbbell and think slow down fast up on the high-pull and press)
Strict Press 1-1-1-1-1
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
