Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 mins of:

1 Rope Climb

3 Hang Squat Cleans, 185/125 lbs

Goal: 6+ rounds

Snatch Balance 3-3-1-1-1

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.
