Easy 8min AMRAP:

–:45sec jump rope

–5ea lateral lunge

–5ea 1 arm dumbbell thruster

–8ea dumbbell clean

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Teams of 2, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

5 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs

7 Hang Power Cleans, 95/65 lbs

9 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 95/65 lb

Alternate rounds with a partner for a total combined round score.

Goal: 14 + rounds
