–5 ea kneeling shoulder taps

–5 ea step-up + spiderman

–25 ft forward crab walk

–25 ft backward crab walk

2 rounds:

–10 push ups

–8 ea single leg romanian deadlift

Metcon (Weight)

Bench Press 5-5-3-3-1

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.
