–5 ***bootstrapper***

–10 ***lateral lunge***

–10 ***banded press***

–5 jumping pull-up

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

For 2 cycles:

AMRAP in 5 mins of:

7 Double Kettlebell or D.B. Thrusters, 50/35 lbs

2 Rope Climbs

Rest 2 mins between each cycle.

For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
