–10 ***band pull apart***

–10 snatch grip deadlift

–10 ***laying hammie***/side

***Burgener snatch*** x 2

Metcon (Weight)

Every 1 min for 15 mins, alternating between:

1 Snatch, 75% 1RM

1 Snatch, pick load

1 Snatch, pick load

1 Snatch, pick load

1 Snatch, pick load

3 waves of 1 rep every 1 min for 5 mins.

Start at 75% of your 1RM and increase 10 lbs each min.

Reset to 75% 1RM at the start of each wave.
