–5 ***pike compression***

–10 cal row

–5 ***lunge with twist***/side

Metcon (No Measure)

Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:

20 Push-ups

15 No Push-up Dumbbell Burpees, 50/30 lbs

10 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans, 50/30 lbs
